Real Pittsburgh Marketing is looking to hire another Full Time Human Resources and Recruiting Manager to help continue the recent growth and expansion of our company.
Our Fortune 500 client wants us to continue the growth of our team of account executives for them.
They want us to open atleast 3 new offices by the end of 2013 and have them filled with these account executives and Managers to represent them.
The Human Resources manager will be in charge of all of the recruiting aspects for the company.
They are a direct result of the growth of the company. They are both the face and voice of our company.

*Recruiting and Interviewing from a resume level to hiring and firing
*Conducting preliminary and final interviews
*Learning the business aspect of running a marketing firm
*All business & communications between our clients dealing with payroll, rejects, and holds
*Conducting background, drug test, and employment verifications
*All administration and human resource responsibilities of the firm
Experience over the phones and education in Human Resources and Business Administration is recommended but NOT required.
We provide 100% of the training needed for the right candidate.
This position plays a large role in the candidate selection of these account executives.
We are looking for someone who is great at multitasking and organization.
