Practice Manager

Orthopaedic Practice Manager will oversee daily operations and manage the administrative and clinical responsibilities of the practice to ensure patient flow. Orthopaedic Practice Manager will work collaboratively to direct the work of the clerical and clinical staff by assigning specific tasks and responsibilities as needed. Orthopaedic Practice Manager and Orthopaedic Surgeon will work closely to implement new programs and procedures to improve services, operations and efficiency and to respond to changes within the System and the external environment.  Orthopaedic Practice Manager will coordinate clinical and financial integration in conjunction with the Orthopaedic Surgeon and other health care providers.

 
Job Requirements:
Supervisory experience with preferred Orthopaedic experience in an outpatient medical office. Basic understanding of daily operations, computer skills, financial aspects, insurance, and CPT and ICD-9 knowledge preferred. Essentials include strong leadership skills, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with physicians and other health care providers.
