Job Summary:

Collection agents provide quality client service and professional/courteous collection efforts on all accounts assigned/worked and any/all owner communication received. Your main function is the service oriented collection of payments (mortgage, vacation sampler, and maintenance and tax accounts) from our owners.

Requirements
  • The Collection Agent must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to effectively work or handle any account that may be assigned or comes in via inbound calls.

  • Candidates must have previous call center or collections experience, be familiar with quality assurance feedback, and comply with all State and Federal regulations at all times.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are desired but not required. 

  • Vacation Ownership experience preferred.

  • Computer knowledge required.  

  • Proven ability to work professionally with management team and other team members is also required.
