Sales Representative

Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing online organization with an innovative healthcare marketing offering.  We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative for our online web properties.  Candidates must be experienced in the healthcare space and have a minimum of 5 years experience in selling healthcare communications or advertising to pharmaceutical companies or vendors of industry.

Primary Job Functions:

• Work independently to develop Healthcare & Life Sciences customer base
• Establish and build relationships with online advertisers and agencies
• Develop new business opportunities
• Identify new applications with existing and potential accounts
• Meet and exceed annual quota
• Input information via an online CRM program

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to sell directly and meet sales goals.
• Experience selling marketing solutions directly to pharmaceutical companies
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
• Travel to meet with clients and prospects
• Responsible for developing, managing and meeting sales objectives of the company
• Participate in corporate forecasting and budgeting procedure for the  sales and marketing department

• 5 years of well rounded experience in sales and marketing
• 5 years of experience in healthcare ad or online sales
• 3  years of experience ad or sponsorship direct sales
• 3 years marketing experience, including trade show participation, media development, press releases etc.
• BS degree required
