Great opportunity for a motivated, seasoned Business Consultant, with direct B2B consultative sales experience in the PEO or ASO (payroll) industry.

 

Global Employment Solutions PEO (Professional Employer Organization) is a provider of integrated business services to help small to medium size businesses manage payroll, risk management, human resource and benefits responsibilities and employer risks.  We are currently seeking experienced sales representatives in the Orlando and surrounding areas.

Requirements

YOU MUST OFFER

  • 3 to 5 years outside business-to-business sales experience.  Payroll (ASO), Employee/Staff Leasing or PEO Sales Experience mandatory.   
  • Experience selling to small and/or mid-sized business owners.
  • Possess strong financial and analytical skills and be familiar with the economies of operating a small business.
  • Proven local marketing experience, lead generation, prospecting and networking, and experience working within an assigned territory.
  • Must be outgoing, articulate, have strong organizational and time management skills, persuasiveness, analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, strong software skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years with verifiable sales results - commission statements, W-2, etc.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or work related experience.

      • Consulting Experience
