Medical Device Sales Reps (multiple openings)

We are currently recruiting for one of the Largest Medical Device Companies in America.  This particular client of ours is ranked in the 2009 Fortune 500 List towards the top.  We are in the process of looking for a few Inside Medical Device Sales Reps.  These new positions have become available because of growth and promotions.

In this position you will be given a geographical territory from 2-13 states and inside that territory you will be handed over a few hundred to a few thousand established accounts.  This is NOT a call center…you do NOT make cold calls, prospecting calls or telemarketing calls.  This is an Account Management position calling upon Doctors, Surgeons, Office Managers, Head Nurses and Procurement personnel inside of Hospitals, Clinics, Surgical Centers and Doctor’s Offices.  It is best described as doing an exactly what an Outside Sales Rep does, but in an office instead of in person.  The office is set up way because you are focused on small to medium-size accounts throughout your territory.

Starting salary will be in the $40’s and when you add commissions to that…first year realistic will range from $50,000 - $65,000 a year.  Benefits begin from day 1 which will include medical, dental, 401k, tuition reimbursement, stock options, etc.

Typical business hours are 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday (a great position for work/family life balance)

To be considered for this position you must meet all requirements below:
1.  Prior B2B sales experience (Must have at least 1 year of B2B Sales Experience

2.  Bachelor’s Degree (if you do not have one you need to have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience and be a top performer with documented proof, top 10%)
3.  Stable job history (no large gaps in employment)
4.  Have an a beat personality and one that loves to sell
