We currently have an opportunity for an Accountant Executive in Tampa or Orlando, Florida who will be responsible for selling our full line of medical devices and disposable products in our Southeast Territory (Florida and Puerto Rico). We're looking for an individual who is self-motivated, consultative, and results oriented who wants to be part of a dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships at all levels of a blood center with a focus on management; actively provide value at all levels within the organization.
  • Development of a thorough understanding of each individual blood centers operations from donor recruitment to finished product marketing and distribution.
  • Achievement of quarterly sales quotas through the direct sale of the Fenwal’s products; implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
  • Penetration of competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements.
  • Providing leadership in market analysis and execution of strategies and action plans to drive Fenwal sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated successful relevant sales experience.
  • A proven track record of sales success ideally with experience in the C-Suite.
  • A clear understanding of complex sales cycles and a track record of capital equipment sales success.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and experience developing successful sales plans for a variety of complex sales scenarios across a variety of accounts.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
  • Strong organization/time management skills.
  • 70% travel and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel.
