Description
The Senior Campaign Analyst is a search engine marketing role that will be responsible for creating and managing a high volume of pay-per-click (PPC or CPC) campaigns with relatively large budgets on Google AdWords and Yahoo! Search Marketing. The primary responsibilities will include keyword mining, writing ad copy, working with technical teams to ensure that website copy is cohesive with campaign objectives, analyzing and tracking data to maximize the performance of each assigned campaign, and customer communication.
4 year college degree required with the following:
-2 years SEM experience
-2 years experience with Website Analytics and Reporting (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
-Experience managing campaigns of $10k or more for a minimum of 6 months
- Experience managing paid search campaigns for a minimum of 1 year
Other requirements include:
Google & Yahoo certification
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of search engine marketing strategies
Experience with bid management tools
A working knowledge of common HTML elements
Critical thinking and problems solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
Experience in identifying needed website improvements for increased conversion
Experience in creating and optimizing paid search engine marketing campaigns
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work as a part of a team as well as alone
