Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our Phoenix branch location of this national health care staffing firm. Duties include managing the overall recruiting strategy, sales/client focus and financial aspects of the branch. This role manages a full budget and P&L and is extremely hands on. The Branch Manager is expected to meet minimum standards in regards to outbound phone calls to both candidates and clients as well as a weekly number of in person client visits. Leadership and coaching skills are a must as are strong client development and full life cycle, high volume recruitment experience.
