Description Manufacturing company seeking at Production Manager to manage production, quality, and profitability of the department. Work to improve inputs and processes of the Division.

Essential functions include:

Manage staff’s weekly production to ensure manufacturing disciplines are maintained.
Maintain and improve the measurements of the team by implementing production related improvements to meet goals.
Communicate with Finance on a monthly basis to discuss measurements and to continue formalizing improvement goals.
Ensure adequate staffing to meet production needs. Complete performance evaluations and review staff at least twice a year.

Requirements Requirements for this position include, but are not limted to:.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
Bachelor's Degree in Busienss, Manufacturing, or Engineering with 5-8 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
Understand Lean manufacturing and production & inventory control processes
Be proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
