Entry Level Recruiter/Client Manager
Sales & Marketing Industry
Keystone International Inc. is hiring for an entry level recruiter/client manager position. With three new markets opening in the next four months we are in need of individuals who can rapidly pick up campaign responsibilities and aid us in developing new markets.
Our company has grown immensely into six markets since establishing itself in January of 2006. With our clients consistently demanding expansion the need for recruiters has surfaced. Since opening in Cleveland, we have expanded into Indianapolis and Detroit. By the end of 2008 we had generated $8 million in revenue for our client. Three more markets have since been opened in Columbus, Virginia, and New Jersey.
The recruiter will be trained at entry level on our telecommunications campaign in order to have a full understanding of the recruited positions. Once the individual has demonstrated knowledge in aspects of the campaign they will take on a human resource recruiting role with the firm. In this role the recruiter will be expected to evaluate candidates and fill numerous positions as a central part in our expansion process.
