Product Yields
Management of basic areas of responsibility by department. Achieving objectives and accepting full accountability for daily goals and product output. Requires strong team leadership, training, effective written and oral communications as well as decision making skills. Must adherer to the Company's Human Resources policies and function under the current Labor Relations Agreement.
Requirements
Have a working knowledge of meat production techniques, calculation of production yields, food safety and USDA regulations. Minimum education of at least a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer and bilingual Spanish or Burmese language skills helpful.
The Ideal Candidate 2+ to 5 years of experience.
