2-5 years of industry experience

Extensive experience with AKTA chromatography systems and UNICORN software

Thoroughly familiar in both theory and practice with purification unit operations (i.e., Filtration, Protein Refolding, Ion Exchange, Size Exclusion, Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography, Reverse Phase Chromatography, Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration)

Familiarity with analytical and protein characterization techniques (SDS-PAGE, HPLC, ELISA, spectrometry).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
