Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Full-time direct hire with full benefits, bonus, company car.
Ohio - Columbus
The Ideal Candidate 5+ to 7 years of experience
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Willingness to Travel - Always
Regional Loss Prevention Manager Description:
1. Conduct internal dishonesty interviews using industry standard interview techniques.
2. At the request of the Human Resources Department, would assist with sexual harassment investigations by phone, or in person within 24 hours of call.
3. Examine and analyze documents to determine root cause of losses and resolve accordingly.
3. Conduct on-site training visits aimed at internal, paper and external loss prevention awareness.
4. Provide on-going support and resources via phone calls and be available after hours.
6. Be involved in prosecution/restitution follow-up.
Requirements
Regional Loss Prevention Manager Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
5-10 years retail loss prevention experience.
