Job Description

We are seeking a Metrics Reporting Analyst to be responsible for Financial Reporting and contract compliance processes associated with the client's plan and Facility Partner Pro Forma.

METRICS REPORTING ANALYST - Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the compilation of financial reporting: monthly variance reports, forecasting reports, and annual budgeting.
  • Complete periodic metric reporting for operations and client's corporate workplace processes.
  • Develop and report compliance scorecards.
  • Special Projects as assigned including Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Develop and report tracking tools to support billing of labor hours.
  • Interface with Call Center, Supply Chain and Bank Accounting staff to resolve issues and problems.
  • Interface with Senior Team Managers to redefine processes and drive efficiency and savings.
  • Research and analyze account performance and prepare detailed variance reporting including benchmarking analyses.
  • Perform additional job duties as requested.


Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong financial/analytical skills and problem solving ability.
  • Real Estate Accounting experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic business practices.
  • Detail orientated and ability to work on multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Databases.
