Maintenance Manager

Description 1. Organize and assign maintenance functions according to production needs.

2. Assess maintenance associate needs and coordinate training.

3. Review and evaluate maintenance program, ensuring effectiveness.

4. Maintenance Representative on the Steering Team.

5. Coordinate facility and special projects.

6. Continuously monitor facility operations and required supplies.

7. Follow and enforce Company/ local work and safety policies and work instructions.

8. Responsible for budgeting labor, parts and supplies.

9. Responsible for all auxiliary equipment.

10. Responsible for data enter in PICS.

11. Act as Company representative towards vendors.

12. Interact in weekly team meetings.

13. Provide support to production associate.

14. Control costs in the areas of quality, efficiency, downtime and scrap.

15. Monitor mandatory logs and reports.

16. Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times.

17. Responsible for maintaining ISO standards in the maintenance department.

18. Other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements 1. Possess a degree in Industrial Technology or related field, with emphasis on plastics, and/or have substantial industry related experience.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Detail oriented.

4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate associate.
