~~~~Level 1 ~ must have 1-2 years of collections experience $10-11/hr~~~~
~~~~Level 2 ~ must have 2-3 years of collections experience $12-13/hr~~~~
~~~~Level 3 ~ must have 4-5+ years of collections experience $14-15/hr~~~~

This position will also include performance based incentives and bonuses on dollars collected.

The Credit and Collections Representative notifies and or handles incoming calls from customers regarding delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment. Collect past due balances using negotiation skills to achieve rapid turnover of receivables, while balancing needs of the customer with what makes sense for the business. Educate customer on benefits of maintaining current account status.Generate maximum dollars per account to enhance liquidation and positively impact net losses.Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Training is 6 weeks from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. There is NO time off granted during training. Once training has been completed you must be flexible between Monday-Saturday , 7:30am-8:00pm. Sundays we are closed. There will be mandatory overtime during busy season.

Requirements Individual must be self motivated with the ability to interface well with internal and external customers. Problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills are a must! Prior experience in a similar position helpful. Position requires attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.
~ Must have at least 1 year of collections experience.
~ High School diploma or GED
~ Must be able to pass computer assessments during interview process.
~ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
~ Must complete 720 hour temp assignment and then based on performance talent will be converted to permanent.
