We are currently seeking an experienced health care manager to fill the position of Associate Director in our office in Tarrytown, NY. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will market and grow home care business across Westchester County and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will possess experience in business development, recruiting and team building. Strong business acumen, a commitment to integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must! Previous management experience in home care or health care is a plus. Upon successful completion of the training period, the Associate Director will assume responsibility for all office operations.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of proven, progressive leadership experience in home care or a related healthcare field.
