Job Description

Diagnostic Medical Physicist needed for a top facility in Virginia.

Please ONLY submit your CV, cover, and references to this position if your qualifications match the description.

Must have a master�s degree in Medical Physics
BOARD CERTIFIED

General knowledge of radiation safety and regulations

Knowledge of annual surveys and acceptance testing of diagnostic imaging equipment as well as maintaining ACR certification of MRI and CT, and Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, plus FDA certification of Mammography equipment.

The ability to calculate patient and fetal dose, shielding design for x-ray facilities and participation in the radiation safety program.
