Description PREFER VETERINARY CLINIC EXPERIENCE

To respond knowledgeably and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, to enter relevant data in PVWorks and file appropriate reports of suspected adverse event with the FDA.

1. Provide superior customer service via solid veterinary product knowledge and communication skills
2. Support and defend Novartis products through education of veterinary professionals and consumers.
3. Fully use database (PVWorks) for purposes of documentation and trending/analysis
4. Investigate reports of suspected lack of efficacies to Novartis products and prepare data for filing.
5. Meet all internal and external deadlines for filing 1932 forms with the FDA.
6. Participate in case follow up data collection.
7. Specific projects in the above field assigned to the individual.Bachelor's Degree in Scientific Field preferred

Veterinary clinic experience preferred

Previous scientific or medical background

Knowledge of PC package tools including word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel)

Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Ability to interpret a variety of technical and scientific data

Effective interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as a team member
