~~~~Level 2 ~ must have 2-3 years of collections experience $14-15/hr~~~~
~~~~Level 3 ~ must have 4-5+ years of collections experience $16-17/hr~~~~
This position will also include performance based incentives and bonuses on dollars collected.
JOB DESCRIPTION COLLECTORS: The Credit and Collections Representative notifies and or handles incoming calls from customers regarding delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment. Collect past due balances using negotiation skills to achieve rapid turnover of receivables, while balancing needs of the customer with what makes sense for the business. Educate customer on benefits of maintaining current account status.Generate maximum dollars per account to enhance liquidation and positively impact net losses.Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
**Special Note on Hours**
Your actual work schedule after training will need to be flexible between operating hours Monday - Saturday from 7:30AM -8:00PM. Schedules are based on seniority. After training you can expect to work 11AM - 8PM and Saturdays with Sunday and one day off during the week.. During busy seasons there may be mandatory overtime.
TRAINING HOURS ~ First 6 weeks will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
