Recruiter- Direct Sales Job Description:
20/20 Companies, the leading Direct Sales/Marketing solution provider in the country, is currently seeking a career oriented individual for an opportunity as an in-house Recruiter for our Philadelphia Market sales force, based out of West Chester, PA.
20/20 Companies, owned by Golden Gate Capital, provides Fortune clients such as Verizon, AT&T, Clear, Office Depot, etc with the most efficient sales/marketing solutions in residential, B2B, and retail sectors.
Our Recruiters work with our clients, 20/20 Sales Managers, Corporate Recruiting Dept and others to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for sales and leadership positions via a combination of ad call response, career fairs, and direct outside recruiting efforts.
Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position will:
Help develop and put into action best recruiting practices formed in conjunction with local management and the corporate recruiting dept.
Handle inbound application inquiries via phone, scheduling interviews and performing follow-up/confirmation calls
Assist in the execution of group screening sessions weekly: Greeting applicants, filing resumes, paperwork, assisting in new hire processes
Establish relationships with local job corps, placement programs, career centers, colleges, etc.
Conduct regular “cold" recruiting expeditions to various locations to identify and approach qualified candidates for the 20/20 team
Submit daily summary reports on all above activities to local and national management for review
Establish and maintain rapport and relationship with all recruits post-hire to increase retention and earn additional bonuses
