Description
Leading Agency/Broker with office throughout the United States seeks an extremely dynamic sales professional for the So. CA territory and surrounding area. Responsibilities will be consulting with small and medium companies selling both group and voluntary benefits within a specialized market. Additional duties will be to provide leadership, management and training to the current sales team. First year earnings will be between $125K and $150K with $175K+ in subsequent years + all expenses + excellent benefits.
Five years minimum successful sales experience in employee benefits and the desire to assume sales management responsibilities is required. Strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long term business relationships is mandatory.
