Maintenance Manager - Property Management

We are an exciting national property management company seeking an energetic Maintenance Manager for our apartment community in Dallas, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timely and accurate processing of invoices.  Also responsible for resolving account discrepancies, customer service to subsidiaries, and accurate filing of payment records and documentation.

• Duties include overseeing maintenance and grounds staff.

• Fulfilling resident repair requests (plumbing, electrical, drywall, lock changes, etc), Coordinating apartment turnovers.

• Fulfilling resident repair requests as needed.  This includes plumbing, electrical, drywall, lock changes, light carpentry, etc.

• Assist maintenance and leasing team with apartment turnovers.

• Repair and maintenance of common areas (indoor and outdoor) as needed.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

• Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitching in to get the job completed.

• Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards.

• Valid driver’s license

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• HVAC and CPO certification required.

• At least two years relevant experience as a maintenance supervisor/manager.

• Able to work weekends, on-call and overtime hours.

• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills!
