Home Care, RN Supervisor
Choose to make a difference at the VNA . . . Mercer County’s oldest and largest non-profit community-based home health agency and hospice. As a Home Care, RN Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for facilitating patient care conferences, daily triage of the nursing visits for all case managers and the overall quality of care delivered by the nursing staff in a Medicare certified Agency. Weekends and holiday rotation required.
Requirements
© NJ RN License; current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
© BSN with 2 years of community health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities in community health nursing or 3 years combined, community health nursing experience.
© 3 years med/surg experience.
© Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, required.
© Ability to lead, mentor, coach and persuade others as needed to accomplish projects.
© Adept at resolving conflicts and identifying resolutions to problems
© Ability to organize and prioritize projects.
© Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and OASIS, preferred.
© Basic computer skills, preferred.
