Description Mature Services is seeking a qualified Computer Skills Instructor to join our team and provide classroom and individual computer training for older adults at our Cincinnati Senior Employment Center. Assist with the coordination of the computer lab, and provide training on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet job search techniques. Help administer clerical and computer pre- and post-tests; evaluate test results and client marketability for job placement. Work with area employers to develop partnerships, and ensure training and curriculum are relevant to employer needs.

Requirements A Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is required. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) required; Microsoft certification is preferred. Experience in computer training, employment counseling or a related field preferred. Experience in Workforce Development and working with older job seekers a plus.
