Requirements
- Bachelors degree is required
Minimum of B.S. degree from an accredited PT/OT/SLP program. 1-2 years of experiences preferred, but not mandatory.
New Grads Welcome!
Licensed, or license eligible to practice PT/OT/SLP in the State of New York. Upon referral, evaluates patient and develops and administers individualized plans. Evaluations are functionally oriented and include measurable, time based short and long term goals, and discharge plans.
