Description
The Anchorage Daily News, Alaska’s #1 media source, is seeking an outside sales Account Executive to join our Retail Advertising department. This position is responsible for managing and expanding the existing customer base and developing new account prospects within a given territory by pursuing referrals and making cold calls. Ability to achieve monthly sales goals, maintain constant communication to all clients with excellent customer service and adhere to all deadlines a must.
Requirements
Qualifications:
·Proven sales experience, especially within media industry.
·Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated.
·Strong presentation skills.
·Ability to meet and achieve goals and objectives.
·Ambition and self motivation.
Minimum Requirements:
·College degree and/or an equivalent amount of sales and media experience.
·Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
