Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions is searching for a Talent Acquisitions Manager to join our core team.

This is a great opportunity to join the exciting fast paced world of staffing. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a strong work ethic. Prior staffing experience in sales and recruiting is a must. We are looking for someone with ownership and a team mentality.

Lets face it staffing isn’t always easy!  But when you’re good at it – it sure can be rewarding and a ton of fun, even the rough moments!

As a selling Talent Acquisitions Manager, you will be contacting prospective clients, build existing client relationships, skill marketing, recruiting, qualifying, placing candidates; you will market to clients by phone and build new client relationships.  Salary is depending on experience, vacation and benefits package offered.  We also offer a generous commission structure.

The types of placements we specialize in include direct hire, temp to hire, as well as temporary positions…..  in addition to that we just opened a Medical Division as well!
