Telecommunications Fixed Asset Manager

UniTek has created a scalable operating platform, enabling each UniTek subsidiary to deliver quality services to its Fortune 100 customers. UniTek based in Blue Bell, PA utilizes a diverse workforce of over 5,000 technicians deployed throughout the United States.

Due to exceptional growth, UniTek is seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Manager to be responsible for all tracking of corporate assets and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Order, track and schedule equipment with adherence to corporate policies
• Oversee tracking of all corporate assets that have been assigned to field offices
• Create tracking reports utilizing fixed asset tracking software
• Daily maintenance of tracking database
• Assist in maintenance of fleet vehicle logs and tracking tool allocations
• Other responsibilities as necessary indicated by Director of Telecommunications or executive staff

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional analytical skills with high level of attention to detail
• Ability to interact with customers and various levels of field and management staff
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fixed asset tracking software
• Ability to travel as necessary to assist field offices in accurately maintaining vehicles
