POSITION SUMMARY

 

On a regional level, responsible for managing all hosted panel databases, including proprietary, Affiliate Partner (APS), and full service Panel Service (3rd party) panels; respondent intake and profile process, and ensuring the data quality and integrity are maintained. This role will report to the Team Leader, Database Management. 

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Responsible for the key features/background variable within the regional panel database gathered during the intake process and during panel development screeners.  Ensuring the panel attributes meet the regional needs of the business and are in compliance with the global standards.
  • Manage request from the market, Sales, Operations, and Knowledge Management at a regional level on desired implementation for the panel database which includes new key features and background variables. 
  • Managing and monitoring the panel database, panel utilization and data quality; when issues occur being the first line regarding the panel management software, sample drawings and panel database.
  • Support the Respondent Activation team in the setup and management of the panel asset for proprietary, APS and panel services sub-panels.
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations on testing new software version, and approving new versions.
  • Engineer and/or maintain the company’s suite of International or telephony sampling products
  • Update all bridge data for the telephone product.
  • Write technical documentation regarding creation and maintenance of all telephone databases
  • Produce and deliver specialized/non-standard database/sampling requests
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2-3 years work experience.

Specialized Skills:

  • Knowledge of relational databases i.e. Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, online research methodology and statistics. 
  • Strong analytical skills to work with data and define a clear database structure.
