Position Description:

 

The Accounting Manager oversees the Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Facility Management.  The Accounting responsibilities include ability to analyze the financial information, supervise staff and submit financial date to Profit Center Leader and Corporate.  The Human Resources responsibilities include new employee orientation, facilitating employee corrective actions, maintaining employee guidelines and employee exit interviews.  The IT responsibilities are overseeing the third party vendor and IT administrator.  The Facility Management duties include overseeing the grounds to make sure they are maintained by building management and supplies are ordered by staff.  The Accounting Manager maintains and promotes the positive environment of the office with making sure we follow corporate guidelines and processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

 

Ø       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø       Computer skills must include excel, outlook, word

Ø       Multi-task and management experience

Ø       Must possess a strong sense of urgency, demonstrate a willingness to hold themselves and others accountable and be committed to achieving success in their own career

Ø       Accounting Degree required
