We are currently looking to hire a Paralegal with 5+ years of litigation experience for our in-house legal department.  In this role, the successful candidate will assist the litigation team with general litigation duties and special projects.  This is a fast-paced job in a team player environment that offers a competitive salary and opportunity to grow. 

• Conduct factual research and research applicable law providing memorandum on analysis of issue
• Assist in litigation case management
• Assist in subpoena processing
• Assist in all aspects of the discovery process and production including e-discovery 
• Provide small claims and general litigation support to senior litigation paralegal and attorneys
• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

5+ years of prior litigation experience. A Paralegal certificate is preferred.

Qualifications:

• A critical thinker who is not afraid of responsibility. 

• Strong interpersonal skills, superior written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrated organizational skills, computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and has experience in caseload management. 

• Experience in e-discovery and large document discovery productions, small claims court, subpoenas, client/customer service, and state /federal regulatory matters is desirable.
