Description Matrix Medical Network is a national physician practice that contracts with health plans to complete health risk assessments on patients in the home setting.  We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator as a member of the assessments team.
Requirements Responsibilities include:
*Data entry of transactions with attention to detail
*Accessing data from external and internal sources
*Using MS Excel to prepare and email reports to third parties
*Coordination of mailings to third parties
*Scanning and naming files
*Managing and tracking documents within the office with re-direction of documents to third parties

Candidate must have Internet and Excel experience, have efficiency in a fast-paced environment and willingness to suppport team members and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Degree
Three years experience in a high-paced office environment
