We are currently looking for team players who are detail-oriented to add to our Service Team.

  

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as the ability to develop an understanding of additional technologies as they are released.

Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects is critical. Candidates must also be able to work effectively as part of the retail team, and assist with customer service issues as needed.

  • Knowledge of portable computer tear-down.

  

*This position may require limited travel (up to 10%) and business casual attire is required.

Requirements

The Customer Service Agent position requires the following:
 

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screen
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge; Macintosh a plus but not required
