Description We are seeking an Executive Assistant to our CEO & VP and we need someone with a proven track record in E&P who is also Bilingual English/Spanish and who lives within commuting distance of The Woodlands.

We are an Oil and Gas Exploration & Production firm, large enough to offer you stability & a 50K base plus benefits package and small enough to offer you an opportunity to grow in your career while enjoying the advantage of working close to home in the Woodlands.

You'll be involved in Geo Data, set up our Board of Director's meetings, talked to clients (in Spanish) in other countries and help with legal back-up if you have that ability. You'll also keep our CEO organized and answer his phones.

Requirements
