Job Description 

 

  Service Technician

 

About Our Company

We are part of the largest family-owned reprographics company in the nation with locations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Tucson, Phoenix, Southeastern Florida, Orlando and Minneapolis. Our corporate headquarters are located in Richardson, Texas. We are very stable, having been in business for over 50 years, and continue to experience growth.

 

We are seeking a professional with superior skills and abilities who is excited about becoming a part of a dynamic team. We have a business casual dress code in a non-smoking and drug-free environment.

 

Service Technician

This position requires repairing and performing preventative maintenance on customer and company office equipment. 

 

 Responsibilities Include 

  • ·         Perform preventative maintenance on office equipment.
  • ·         Perform repairs on equipment.
  • ·         Completes service reports for internal and external billable service calls.
  • ·         May deliver equipment to customer locations.
  • ·         Purchases maintenance supplies from external vendors.
  • ·         Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and parts.
  • ·         Maintains knowledge of current and new equipment.
 


Job Requirements 

Requirements Include

 

  • Oce' and HP experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of one-two years of related field experience as a technician
  • Ability to travel to accounts in the area.
  • Ability to attend training classes as required.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and be in a mobile activity more than 50% of the time. 
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent customer service and trouble shooting skills. 
  • Strong technical and mechanical ability.
  • Outstanding communication skills
