Compensation:
 
 
Sales professionals are offered a package that consists of a competitive base salary;  and an aggressive residual paid commission plan. You keep all of your accounts and earn commission for the life of the account. Commissions are uncapped. Top reps are making well into the six figures first year.


 

 

Requirements


Requirements:


 1+ years business-to-business sales experience with a quantifiable track record of success.


Previous Print Advertising, Internet Advertising in the media arena would be a plus.


1+ years experience making outbound calls prospecting to small and medium businesses via cold calling and networking.


Ability to execute day-to-day call cycle management, using a wide variety of techniques, from traditional advertising sales philosophies to highly technical consultative sales techniques.


Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
Highly motivated, results driven leader.


High customer orientation and self motivation. Ability to discover customer needs, influence others and apply practical learning.
