Power Plant Operator
Full-time - Sunday 5am-6:30pm; Monday-Wednesday 9am-6:30pm
The Power Plant Operator will operate and maintains power plants, related equipment, and systems throughout the hospital and other Lincoln facilities. Performs facilities maintenance tasks as required.

Completes preventive and corrective work orders correctly and in a reasonable length of time as demonstrated by inspection.

Random inspection will find work areas and storage areas clean and uncluttered.

Responds to temperature adjustment requests and other maintenance requests relating to patient comfort or convenience as evidenced by customer feedback and documentation.

Operates emergency generators under load once each month when assigned.

Operation must be in accordance with applicable NFPA codes.

Takes pertinent readings and documents results in generator logs.
