    Marketing Manager Description:
    • Develop and implement campaigns that support key merchandise initiatives, brand building and cause marketing efforts.
    • Identify and execute key tactics:  sweepstakes, events B2B partners, in store collateral, website boutique, email campaign, associate education and contest.
    • Create and manage time and action calendar for every marketing campaign.
    • Lead and manage campaign creative, legal and approval processes.
    • Publish and present campaign results report to management and key partners.
    • Research marketplace for new licensing and marketing opportunities that are relevant to brand.
    • Understand competitive landscape and make recommendations to management.
    • Build relationships with key studios, agents, licensor, licensees, merchants, management and field team.
    • Respond to Local Marketing Request with 24 business hours including:  coupons, mall marketing kits, and press releases.
  • Requirements Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree. 
  • 5-7 years related experience.

  • Strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of all projects.

  • Superb leadership skills with the ability to influence via indirect authority.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Strong communication, writing, analytical and presentation skills.

  • Occasional overnight travel required.
