Nara Bank has an excellent opportunity for an individual with a “can do" attitude looking to join a collaborative HR Team as a Senior HRIS/Payroll/Compensation Analyst.  This qualified candidate must be able to multi-task while having a high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.


Essential Job Function:

Payroll

  • Ensure accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll
  • HRIS & Payroll system upload
  • Ensure HRIS upgrades are maintained
  • Manage and maintain employee database in PCPW
  • Process/audit payroll timesheets via the EZ Labor system
  •  Quarterly state/government required reports related to payroll
  • Ensure to stay abreast of new payroll tax regulations for proper implementation

 

HR Reporting

  • Create and maintain all Human Resources reporting such as turnover analysis, FTE reports, cost per hire reports, headcount reports, etc.

 

Compensation

  • Assist the Head of HR analyzing compensation structure for the organization as well as in developing effective and competitive compensation structure
  • Ability to assist in developing performance management matrix
  • Run compensation modeling
  • Participate in salary surveys and industry specific survey participant meetings
  • Assist in revising job descriptions, career band and FLSA status
Requirements
  • Requires minimum of 5-7 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in the discipline of HRIS or Compensation 
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in Payroll highly preferred
  • Prior experience with ADP PCPW strongly desired & other ADP products
  • Must have high proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Word & PowerPoint
  • Acute attention to detail with excellent problem resolution skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands 
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with customer orientation and strong dependability
  • Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives
