Description Senior Services of America, a National growing Senior Housing Organization that provides independent living, assisted living and memory care services is currently seeking experienced LPN's to become an integral part of our team at Broadmore Assisted Living in Hurricane, WV.

You will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Wellness Department. These duties include, but are not limited to:
• Providing proper documentation of all nursing and healthcare services
• Responsible for maintaining health service plans and resident assessments
• Monitor effective communications regarding resident care
• Supervise, evaluate and train Caregivers and Medication Techs
• Recruit and retain team members in the department, ensuring their effective orientation and training

Requirements • Current licensure as an LPN or RN
• Minimum of 2 years gerontological nursing and nursing administration experience
• Ability to provide nursing services to the elderly while supervising a diverse staff
