Finance and Technology firm based in midtown Manhattan looks for a motivated Trade Support and Client Services Analyst to join our team.
This candidate will provide real-time trade support for clients and internal users on the Trade desk. Responsibilities include researching orders, market messages, issues with market venues, and technical problem with internal systems. Coordinate with systems support, product management, and sales trading teams to resolve issues. Must have great communications skills, ability to multi-task, and speak regularly with clients regarding issues.
Experience - 0 - 3 years experience.
