About the Role

Dunn-Edwards Paints will hire a customer service oriented person to work in our Human Resources Department.  This is a career opportunity for an experienced leave management person with excellent communication skills.

It involves Company Leave administration for Dunn-Edwards employees, being responsible for Corporate Safety Council initiatives, annual OSHA Log reconciliation, acting as back up to Workers’ Compensation, and other duties as assigned by Risk Manager.

Under supervision of Risk Manager the LOA Representative will be responsible for leave administration (Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, Paid Family Leave and other company leaves) for all Dunn-Edwards employees and for other duties as noted above.  Will be required to obtain First Aid / CPR/AED certification within the first year of employment.

Education and Experience Required:

• College degree or Integrated Disability Certificate required
• Experience speaking before groups required
• Experience with Kronos leave management required

Experience Preferred:

• Workers’ Comp and Safety experience preferred
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
