Flight Control Engineer with MATLAB Experience

Description FLIGHT CONTROL ENGINEER WITH MATLAB EXPERIENCE

We are currently looking for a Flight Controls Engineer who will be working on cutting-edge technology with a team of avionics controls experts.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree or higher in CS or EE or ME is required

-3+ years of V&V work.

- Experience with aerodynamic control surfaces (Primary Flight Controls)

- 3+ years of experience with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow or comparable mathematical analysis tool experience

- Experience with embedded real time system/software development life cycle

- Programming skills in C, C++

- Ability to multi-task while maintaining priorities and schedules is a must

- Background in Signal and Systems and Control Systems theory

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc)

- Prior experience with flight control products AND V&V work for 787 would be highly desirable.

- Excellent oral and written skills

- Candidate must be highly motivated with proven communications, interpersonal, team building, and problem solving skills.
