·        Understanding and professionally representing the company brand, mission, vision and values

·        Collaborating with leadership to help develop and clarify the company’s positioning through both internal and external integrated communication strategies with strong focus and accountability around strategy ROI.

·        Effectively coach, empower, train and lead through performance management practices to ensure an engaged communications team.

·        Defining, maintaining and improving the communications processes and collaborate with leadership to ensure communication opportunities are maximized.

·        Active leadership participation, contribution and interdepartmental communication.

Must have 4 year degree in related field

MBA in Marketing or Communications preferred

3-5 years in Communications Director team management

Organizational Leadership Coaching experience preferred  

3+ years experience B2B marketing experience
