· Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
· Minimum 15 years relevant professional experience
· Public Accounting and Private Industry Experience
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
· Credentials such as MBA, CIA, and CISA will be given additional consideration.
Ideal candidates will:
· Have exceptional leadership qualities, strong communication skills and attention to detail
· Have experience in developing and assisting with financial plans
· Be hands-on in providing internal and external financial reporting guidance and assistance
· Have prior exposure and responsibility with budgeting and forecasting models
· Be capable to assist with due diligence related to mergers and/or acquisitions
· Offer expertise in business valuation and can add value in corporate strategy meetings
· Support C-level management and where asked will manage client and/or project team members

· Cite relevant experiences in supporting internal/external Manufacturing clients in areas such as:
o Management/Ownership
§ Mergers & Acquisitions; IPO’s; Leveraged Buyout; Private Equity investment
o Business Growth and Measured Productivity
§ Start-ups; New Management; Resource Constraints; Turnover; Bankruptcy / Turnaround
o Compliance and Infrastructure
§ SEC Reporting; Restatements; US GAAP/IFRS; Sarbanes–Oxley; Bank Compliance
