Serves customers by providing chargeback and retrieval information.

Essential Functions:
1.Handles inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients and/or their customers; selects and explains the best solution to solve the inquiry. Resolves inquiries or explains the best solution to resolve the inquiry; escalates as appropriate.
2.Provides service by utilizing various database applications.
3.Documents customer information by updating case notes; documenting issues and information.
4.Meets performance expectations by achieving established goals and objectives such as quality and productivity measures.
5.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification Guidelines:
1.High school diploma.
2. Prefer 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience in a credit card processing environment, preferably chargeback phone experience.

3.Computer Literate.
4.  Must be able to meet minimum credit, background and drug requirements.
