Senior Accountant

Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Senior Accountant. This highly visible position is located at our corporate headquarters in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

Duties Include:                                    

• Prepare the Quarterly Call Report.                                   
• Produce the monthly Board of Directors package, including variance analysis, quarterly net income forecasts, the annual budget, three-year strategic plan, and monthly securitization service reports.

• Complete the Quarterly Visa and Master Card reports.                              

• Review securitization activity; including wire transfer review and performance modeling.

• Complete Quarterly Cash Collateral and IO Strip Review and Analysis.    

• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts.   

• Produce interim financial statements with selected ratios.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university.

• Three (3) years of current G/L experience in the Bank/Financial Services Industry having performed: month-end reconciliations, journal entry posting of accruals, prepaids, etc., variance analysis, and monthly closing.

• Prior experience in assisting in the preparation of GAAP financial statements (including footnotes).

• Great Plains and FRx experience is a plus.
