If you answered yes to these questions, then Western Federal Credit Union is the place for you!  Western is looking for a Member Service Representative to provide exceptional member service and support branch operations for its Fayetteville location.  Candidate will be responsible for performing duties related to operations including teller transactions, providing superior member services, opening new accounts, and loan processing.

Requirements This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years experience in a financial institution.  Thorough knowledge of teller functions, new accounts, and loan experience required.   The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing as well as proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software applications is essential.
